We took extraordinary measures to develop a landscaping plan that respected the existing natural beauty. Our Comprehensive community plan includes over 20 acres of land dedicated to tree preservation. Hundreds of existing hardwoods have been preserved on the site, as well as hundreds of new and complimentary species of trees.

Reflecting this natural beauty, every home includes its own individual landscaping package. The rolling terrain allows for optional walkout or lookout basements.
